You might remember our summer sessions in Hyde Park or our winter series. They were really popular, although tough and challenging for some. We’ve decided to do them again.

For 6 weeks starting on 14th April every Thursday evening we will be getting stronger and more flexible at our Stretch & Strengthen Boot Camps. 

Why join? To get stronger, take your fitness to the next level, improve posture, prevent injuries and experience an intense workout for the entire body. And as with any Midnight Runners’ event – to have a lot of fun and meet some great people.

Who are the sessions aimed at? Anyone who would like to better themselves: 

  • If you are a runner, this is your chance to become faster, work on your core and improve your endurance. At each session we spend at least 20 minutes stretching, so your muscles afterwards will feel better than ever.  

  • Not a runner? No problem. The classes will challenge you and elevate your fitness abilities to the next level. A tonne of endorphins created will carry you through your Friday and the weekend. 

The sessions involve a lot of different fitness routines. They can be slightly challenging at first, but after after a few classes you will breezing through.

The boot camp prices are as follows:

  • £12 for a one-off session,

  • £40 for the package of five sessions,

  • £48 for the entire boot camp series – that's only £8 per session!
